Is it good for your skin to let your body air dry when getting out of the shower?
I heard that it's good and healthy for your skin to let your body air dry when getting out of the shower. Is this true?
That's what I do for my face, I let it air dry after showering. But as for your body...isn't it easy to catch a cold that way? But if you must...yes, it is good for the skin. While your skin is damp, that's when you'd want to put on your lotion & cremes.
