what are some good trout streamers beside woolly bugger?
I love the good ol' Mickey Finn. I dont think it gets enough praise but it works for me time after time. I like to use the marabou version. I just like the way marabou "breathes" in the water. Another good streamer is Bob Clouser's Clouser Minnow. I like to strip it in slow current and it also works well when cast at a 45 degree angle downstream and swung through the current. In N.E. Ohio we also use Dredgers...These are similar to Wooly Buggers with beadchain or Dumbell Eyes tied in contrasting colors. The weight of the eyes gets the fly down to the bottom where the Steelhead are lying.

Adobe Creek Reservoir (Blue Lake) —Fair to good for channel catfish with the occasional white bass are being caught. Blue Lake has always been a popular catfish destination, and plenty of large channel and blue cats inhabit this lake. The upper boat ramps are usable.
